2018 Schedule

Here is the planned schedule for the 2018 season. This schedule is subject to change due to extenuating circumstances or  inclement weather . We recommend that all participants keep an active email address and/or cell phone on file for up to the minute notifications in case of schedule changes.

March 17th  through April 21st- Classroom training

Week 1 – Overview of Program  March 17th

Week 2 – Mental Preparation March 24th

Week 3 – Introduction to Running Shoes, Apparel March 31st

Week 4 – Nutritional Training What not to eat April 7th

Week 5 – What to eat including intro to juicing April 14th

Week 6 – Running Form & Exercise for Endurance April 21st

Week 7 – Food Demonstration & Vision Board Presentation April 28th

First Day on Running Trail May 5, 2018

 

Classroom training takes place at Lindbloom Park 6054 S. Damen Chicago, Illinois 60636.  Classes will be from 9am-11 am each morning for the first 8 weeks.

The outdoor training will begin on Saturday 5th.  The group will meet  on the lakefront  at 31st Street. Starting time will be at 7am every Saturday.
